"Open with" is ERROR in Windows 8

I use laptop with windows 8 pro 64bit. When I open file with anothe program i always slect open with -> chose defaut program

but it have a ERROR:

This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Please install a program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Programs control panel.

Which file do you try to open? There should be a checkbox "always open this filetype with this app", make sure you select it.

make a rightclick on the file and select "open with". Select here which program you want to use all the time.
